Our Commitment & Return Policy

Every Skull Lab piece is a unique work of art, created with care and shipped with the highest level of protection. Because of the custom, fragile, and one-of-a-kind nature of our work, our policies are as follows:

• All Sales Final – Each piece is handcrafted and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
• Custom Orders – For commissions, you’ll receive detailed photos to approve before shipping. Once approved, the artwork is considered final and non-refundable.
• Shipping Included – Shipping is included in your purchase price. Each piece is professionally packed and shipped insured.
• Damage Protection – In the rare event a piece is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the artwork and packaging. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue through their insurance.
• Color & Finish – Our leafing and patinas are genuine and unique. Variations in tone, texture, and sheen are part of the beauty of handcrafted art. Photos on our website are accurate, but color may appear slightly different in person under different lighting.
